A person can get mentally unstable working continuously without no income and out come. Lots of employees face those problem and leaving the company.

Salary delay of 3-4 months from last 3-4 years. Not doing full n final payment after resignation for 8-10 months. Administration does not reply to any queries. Lacks proper coordination and planning.

In dipesh engineering, people are very helpful,specially ketan sir and purchase head are very supportive and very nice person.

Hr and admin are very worst in dipesh engineering,worst part is they hold the 3 month salary,hr and admin don't know how to treat employee. Conclusion in dipesh you will be treated and pay like labor.... instead of that sell Vada pav in road.
