There is job security because of Great Company culture about it's management and policies, it has been awesome experience to work such a Great house.

I think overal its been a good experience to work with DIOS because Company is maintaining ethics values and give us good working environment, and now about feedback,I want Company should grow in neuro psychiatry segment also as we have good basket in cardio Diabetic segment with new product launchs on regular basis. So from my side as feedback to Company, that it should come with some more products Launch in neuro segment also.

Job security is not fair, you can't trust them completely. and however, the way of working with employees is very poor, understanding and communication between manager and employee are very poor

I like academics training sessions, skill training devlopments sessions and overall work culture is great. Seniors are very supportive and help in various situations.

company is PAN India launched so i want it's operations in international market as well

Dios life sciences management is very attractive here is family culture and lot of experience acheived through activities, meetings it's best industry were inwork
