Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. The best thing is salary on time. secure job even the pandemic time they didn't leave job.

Dislikes

There are so many dislikes about the, The Din engineering services. The list are too long but will try to write in short. They hire fresher because they can't afford experienced one. The worst thing is you will get transfer to any project even if its match your profile or not they don't care about some hard work. Compensation is very low. Annual salary increment is very low and that too in variable no in monthly salary. No work balance most of the time you have to work extended hour. and last thing is there is a manger and his name is 'Rakesh Chandra' is don't know who made him manger. They don't know how to speak with there team members he is so manner less.

Company is very supportive in lockdown as they have allowed us to work from home and they are not compelling us to come to office in this scenario unless and untill it's very urgent/important. Another plus point is that my manager & colleagues are very supportive besides they all are coming from various cultural backgrounds, still we all work as a family. Hence, I love to be a part of this organization.

The work environment is very peaceful, management is stable, company policies are very beneficial. I enjoyed work with my colleagues.

There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. Salary is low for freshers.

flexible timings. 5 day working. Interior is okay except for washrooms and cafe. Company director is cool but looking at the situation he should interact more directly with the employees.

...ity to tell you the cost of paper cups and tea bags, washrooms are just worst. About salary there is a good sum gap between CTC and take home salary. they even deduct amount from in hand salary in name of bonus. Make sure u discuss salary break up and take clarity on same before joining. 1 month of notice period company wants you to serve. But at the time of joining they want immediate joiners only. Appraisals cycle is just worst. u won't get any up raise before 1.5 years. also don't expect more then 8 to 10 percent. IT team is ignorant. they ask u to raise a ticket for everything even if your internet is not working. how are you supposed to raise a ticket online when internet is down.
