i have not good experience with DBL ,Lazy management, unresponsive management, not loyal with staff

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is decent but career growth is too slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees

You can work site work fast because so many machines are there.

Dislikes

No HR good policy. No Holiday. Salary 1 month delay. At site, If you can't bring labour contractor then your value is zero here, no matter how technical you are.
