HR Policies 1) Limited Leaves (08 Days only) 2) No common Appisal/ Increment ( Department wise Increment Some Dept./Individual get Twice in a year, Some Dept. get after 2-3 years service). 3) Layoffs During Mansoon (LWP)

If there is no job, you can work in this company, you should look for a good opportunity and then leave.

Dislikes

The accommodation facility is not good and When staying in a guest house, one has to pay the electricity bill and the food is absolutely useless, and when staying in a camp, there are no facilities, and neither do we get a car to go to the site or come to the office.

I worked in the company for 2-3 years and my experience of working there was very good . Along with work , I also got to learn a lot

There the salary is not paid on time and leaves are also not given. Leave for more than 7 days is not given. If it exceeds 7 days, you will be fired from the company.
