You can work site work fast because so many machines are there.

Dislikes

No HR good policy. No Holiday. Salary 1 month delay. At site, If you can't bring labour contractor then your value is zero here, no matter how technical you are.

1) Flexible Working Hours 2) Management Support 3) Monthly Salary onTime. 4) HRA for every eligible persons. 5) Some special Benefit polies for driver & Operators

HR Policies 1) Limited Leaves (08 Days only) 2) No common Appisal/ Increment ( Department wise Increment Some Dept./Individual get Twice in a year, Some Dept. get after 2-3 years service). 3) Layoffs During Mansoon (LWP)

... you want to learn and execute. You have power to take decision. Largest fleet. In hand salary is good At the time covid they support employees

Nothing only site HR are some times not implementing company policy on time

I like the work-life Management here and Management staff is also so good that you can do the whole work independently by your own way , none of them make you bound to do the work by theirs way but it should be in the stipulated time with quality and accuracy.

Work culture is good but the delay in salary just make me bit worry.
