The only thing in which I get stressed is no weekly off. I'm not pointing this as a dislike. Even it is a part for progress. As per the employee desire pls provide a weekly off. Nothing more than that.

You can work site work fast because so many machines are there.

Dislikes

No HR good policy. No Holiday. Salary 1 month delay. At site, If you can't bring labour contractor then your value is zero here, no matter how technical you are.

I like the work-life Management here and Management staff is also so good that you can do the whole work independently by your own way , none of them make you bound to do the work by theirs way but it should be in the stipulated time with quality and accuracy.
