...nager Amritpal Singh. He recorded everything and then later removed me from job. Diksha works on the will of Airtel and will not pay your final month salary. They will not help you and remove you from your job as per their wish. Girls please don't join.

Everything Horrible... No Quarterly bonuses and No night allowance.. Delay in Salary processing.. Not expected salary hike.... Not received FnF settlement 3months after last Working day.. Employer PF contribution not deposited by Company.. So ridiculous company ever in life..

...o Airtel - and simply forgets them. HRs never ever listen to employee queries. -Delay in variable pay for months and months - No work life balance - Management & HRs are just busy increasing number of headcount to make more money from Airtel and not caring at all about the people

Compensation is decent on paper but getting your bonus is really hard. Q1 bonus gets paid in Q4 that too after to many emails and follow ups. No Job security. There is only one client company works for so you have least number of opportunities in terms of technical growth.

There is no visibility. HR process is not transparent. There are many more problems like salary will not get on time, variable pay also they are not processing on time and many times they are not giving etc..
