... is absolutely pathetic. Their is no system of giving salaries to the employees. If you leave the organisation due to non payment of salary ,There is no system of Fnf or Experience letter. If you try to reach out to the HR department they do not even bother to respond. How will they there is no one in the HR as well. Everyone left the organisation at the right time. The downfall of the organisation started in 2022 and the condition now is worst.

Nothing, all are scammers. So called director sudhanshu sharma lost his mind. Abusive, rude and unprofessional when it comes for salary they just pretend to finding loop holes.

There is no job security, making dollars for assignment writing from international students and pay nothing to writers. Even though they didn't paid to employees as well from couple of months. Frankly speaking don't join this company, they have so called sales manager Abraham firstly asked you to go through the website and after a week expect you to give sales of thousands of dollars. Don't be in there trap.

... the ones working day and night and the management do not respect or pay them. They earn 50-60 thousands per assignment but they pay pennies to their writers (my per day salary was 350 bucks). This is the only organization i have seen which reduces your salary after making you a permanent employee. The commitments as shown in the job description is all a facade. They do not pay 22k. Forget about incentives. They initially give you 15k and in that too they deduct taxes which is entirely illegal. The ratings of 5 star is done by their pet rats. There is a group of people who keep a check on their ratings on various social sites and if they find it to be decreasing, they post false reviews and give away false ratings, just to upscale the ratings. Sometimes they even ask new recruits to post anonymous comments and give 5 star ratings. Overall there is no growth in the company and there is no shift hours. On paper they ask you to work for 9 hours but in reality they make you work 19 hours, and more. You cannot have any life or do any work pf your own. Since this job is a remote one, so they expect 24 hour attendance, failing to which they deduct your salary.

Don't join this company because you Will not get salary on time. You will get salary once in two months and bad company culture. Strict time 9:30 to 6:30 and it's desk job. Don't join My four months salary is pending and 200 + Employed FNF pending.

They don't money to pay the salary of the employee. Too much disputes are there in labor court. Only mentally harrasment they do the employee. They force the employee to rate the 5star. If you rise a complaint they they will terminate you. If you wants to work at free you can join they you will lose your self-respect. In last 6month 12 Hr employee has left the organisation.
