Don't join this company, this company doesn't paid salary time to time ,u can communicate old employees he/she will tell you the truth ,u can check old /current employees bank statements too,digituall is not fit for odisha, this company needs to be blacklisted, digituall and shreekant who is the ceo is no 1 fraud. Dont fall for his words, so last time i said that new joinee don't go and don't spoil your career ,all good reviews on google are fake, the employees are forced to give good google reviews, ask them secretly they will tell you what the truth is

I left this company as my salary were not paid on time and the ceo and his friend misbehaved me and no hr is there, shreekant wife is the hr who is also very much doing partiality I use my own bike and petrol to visit clients, no refund money was given back by digituall forget about salary they are fraud who eat your money

There's nothing to like. This company does not even deserve working in the first place. The company can only provide false promises for personal growth, but very nonchalantly cut up the mental peace of their workers (if you do not believe me, look up the google reviews) Their client service is terrible, pulling back at the worst possible point of time after digesting the money provided.

...xtremely rude behavior towards employees - Beyond comprehension office politics - Salary not consistent - No proper division of work - Zero teamwork Take my advice, if you are ever contacted by this company, turn down the offer immediately.

Innovative campaigns, inclusive work environment, you don’t ever find yourself alone while handling projects, employee problems are heard and taken care of and yes on time salaries is a great thing that’s difficult to find in Bhubaneswar market

Its a great learning platform for people. I have personally learned so many things that I couldn't have gained otherwise. The mentorship is great. Have got heavy appraisal in just a year time.

There is a group of employee who needs to be questioned by the management as they are doing politics and not at all contributing to the growth of company or any team member. Management needs to take harsh call on them otherwise it will spoil the whole company. I personally left the company because of that group of people otherwise I wouldn't have. Due to them the sales and retention of clients has been affected badly.
