For agents- Salary will never come on time..,also they used to deduct it on regular basis with the exuses of biometric and UL For support:- TL' this is worst sales place to work with, from the second ownwards you will think to quite For Trainer:- No learnings no boss nothing called reporting...if u dont want to learn anything...go there...they will offer you the lowest salary

... no option to give them rating in minus.. I worked here approximately 4months...they provided me less salary in a month after asking from them several time... sudden in a middle of month they said as per the internal management you were asked to leave...no TLs , no AMs, no HRs had any knowledge what happened that time...after asking from TL sadia she said there is a High ARt.. which was totally wrong i have proof that it's as per the requirement.. then they said next procedure is for HR they will contact me...now it's 27 days..may be HR is senseless...AM said he will reach office then he will contact me... maybe Chandranath Mukherjee kidnapped...HR Arpita.. Prakriti..all sudden lost ...and so called TL Rishi Raj...such a Dumb man...here the Head teaching Hierarchy...and teaching us that in ZTP no one will get salary....but he should know that as per tha Indian constitution If there is A ZTP also the employee will get the salary for the last date of working...and last there was No ZTP...

...lip and after 6 month from the joining date they will provide your offer letter. Wright amount of salary and it will never credited on date. No leave policy. Worst working environment.

...hey will treat you as a labour and given lots of pressure from the starting day. And whenever they will be want they will remove you from process even will not be provide proper salary. So If I talk about my experience that was very horrible.

Never before experience no increment no on time salary where as managers too irresponsible to comply with very skill less poor management in terms each and every aspects of BPO. Where asks the management hold the salary of whole banglore teams salary and those PPL from the Noida team give silly reasons to hold our salary and false commitments, worst ever company, planning to join or already joined just leave the thought of building up your career over in this company.
