Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Effectively manage team performance, including setting goals, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and implementing development plans.
- Mentor and coach team members to maximize their potential and promote career growth.
- Handle employee relations issues with fairness and consistency.
- Build and maintain a strong team culture based on trust, respect, and open communication.
Operational Management:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed.
- Streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Financial Management:
- Manage the budget, payroll, revenue.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop and implement cost-control measures.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Human Resources:
- Lead the recruitment process, including identifying, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
- Manage employee training and development programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Customer Service & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure consistent product/service delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies.
Qualifications:
- MBA preferred.
- 4-8 years of proven experience in a management role, preferably as a General Manager or similar position.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Customer service experience is essential.
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead.
