...hey will treat you as a labour and given lots of pressure from the starting day. And whenever they will be want they will remove you from process even will not be provide proper salary. So If I talk about my experience that was very horrible.

Worst ever company nothing to like at all

Never before experience no increment no on time salary where as managers too irresponsible to comply with very skill less poor management in terms each and every aspects of BPO. Where asks the management hold the salary of whole banglore teams salary and those PPL from the Noida team give silly reasons to hold our salary and false commitments, worst ever company, planning to join or already joined just leave the thought of building up your career over in this company.

Worst management you will see in your whole life, salary deduction is confirmed on every month and there is also delay in salary. They do refresher nearly every month for a week and not paid you for that refresher period. I advise not to join this company even by mistake.

First they dont know about their company policies. When its time for the salary they informed that I got a ZT which is totally fake and now they r holding my salary. They didn't even informed that policy that if an employee gets a zt they will put the salary on hold. This is very bad. Very poor company. Appealing no one to join

For fresher working at Digitech Callsystem Pvt Ltd is justifiable but for experienced you should not come here for job.You should try MNC like Wipro,Cognizant,HCLTech,TechMahindra,etc.

Salary is always late in Digitech Call System Pvt Ltd never come on 10th of next followed months.I advice you should take backup for salary amount.
