...er hiring those people and fire in the same month as they says business is down. After fire they are not give a salary of at least 2 Months.

It was a worst company. Lot's of politics and very creepy management

They use to steal the users data and they do their opt-in by their own selves which very unethical and they are simply making fool to their clients and various people across the globe.

Worst management and TL and HR Very much politics no care for honest and hardworking employees. Only For those who close with TL and HR Shift extension is every day without any reason atleast 2-4 hr extension daily

A good thought to set up a employee friendly company however poor execution by management which has only three people but loads of funding.

Dislikes

The company is run through the understanding and wisdom of a HR VP whose only job is to look good and capture gossips. What she thinks decides the fate of employees. A hard working person could be thrown out just because he offended them by speaking up and a below average calling agent with no hr background, qualification and verbal skills is promoted overnight to hr executive only because she has a good face. Such unethical practices makes it a worse company to work with.

The company is open to taking the risk and given chance to freshers and others, which is quite good but the work atmosphere is terrible thing I found at this place, though its a small company yet there is a vast hierarchy and its way to big that to speak with CEO you have to ask to his assistant and she will ask you 100 of questions and ultimately won't let you meet or convey your message.

Dislikes

The work hours are totally strict which means you can not be late by even 5 minutes which is not bad but then its only about your login, you have to wait for logout as long as your manager doesn't feel like going home. Work culture makes you realize ultimately that you are in a jail as some managers even count on how many time you went to the loo and how long. The management team can do anything but you can't. Your suggestion or your ideas does not matter at all.
