The work here at DWAO is mostly a sole player. You are not required to come to the office daily. It's permanent work from home and you must work alone and understand things at your level. You can complete the tasks given by clients directly. You are not restricted to follow any standard procedures.

...fice for 1 week and then go back to normal work. Your office would be your home. Salary: Not competent and you will be hired for much lower brackets. They pay you peanuts and you work for what it is not worth it. Salary is way below standards. Promotions: You will not be promoted in a year or anything like that. You will be at a constant pace and stay the same for a few years. There will be a bond period of 3 years that will be signed on offer for freshers and a bond amount of 7 lakhs INR to be recovered on exiting. They ask because their training cost is that much. Job Security: Not adequate, if you don't perform. On 2 chances you will be asked to leave the organisation. Company Culture: Coworkers are nice, but management is incompetent and not as per other corporates.

The only good thing about DWAO is their work balance, no one from office will call you after 7 pm (sometimes it can happen) but that's completely manageable. Though client will call you at any time for thier work and if it gets delayed you will hear it from manager and the mighty "CEO or COO". Rest everything is bad here, you can see my review under Con section.

...an be eligible to switch. 6. Bond structure for consultant. You need to spend 3.6 years before leaving the organisation or if you try to break the bond, you will need to pay the entire CTC amount (which is extremely high). 7. Even if you try to abscond, they will not clear background verification and if by any chance they will get to know which organisation you joined they will send a mail to the new organisation with all the details. 8. No perks and benefits, you will not get any bill reimbursement, any diwali/new year gifts, very less health insurance for self. Please try to reach out to any former employee of dwao so that they can provide you honest feedback and sav your life by not joining the organisation.

DWAO has a supportive and positive work culture with a strong focus on work life balance. The company values employee growth through training and mentoring. The leadership is open to ideas and appreciates contributions. It is a great place to work and grow and learn. I would also like to specially say something about the team lead , who is very supportive irrespective of personal or professional life. They care and treat the the employee as the family.

Dislikes

They host only one sports day event and one annual grand party in a year. I personally expect more don't know about others.

worst TL, worst Co-founder, worst HR services, zero work life balance, office is full of politics, all emploess are doing freelancing side b side including the TLs. Force the employees to do unncessar y tasks which should be done by senior level employees. worst company for freshers

Good for skill enhancement as they will give you hell of work so you can learn and hands on more things.

Dislikes

Work Culture is poor, no fix timings as WFH, no fix lunch break, multiple clients on one person, team leaders are credit taker, low salary
