Specially my dear director, who is simply misusing the director position. He is fit for security guard job. The place where khairul is sitting that place is fit for him, So that he can clearly count how many people are coming and going for washroom, and for how much duration people are going for lunch.

Nothing CEO should connect or ask someone to connect and have one to one review with each and everyone if he really wants to grow in the industry.

Dislikes

Unfortunately director of PMG since past 8 years did not give a single delivery and our CEO never noticed that and never asked the same to him as he is always so convincing. They do not have a single updated running product in the market.

It's a product company . So u will get hike better than MNC companies. No timing boundation.

Working culture is not good. You never get appreciation until you work day and night. Every weekend you have to work.

Cant dream it now. Only one thing, you will get your experience certificate if they are fired you also.

It's not a product-based company, the work culture is worst than a typical service base company. Out of 10 8 people will leave the company in 1 year. No job security. The company can put you on PIP anytime. Later after 30 days so, they will ask to leave. Its QA is a driven company. The QA director is driving the whole company. What ever he said they flow. Till the time he joined more that 50 great senior person left the company. NO proper execution plan which can go to market. PMG team is playing around with what the big boss said. They don't put their mind to whatever he said they just create a fake idea around that. The idea never tested only assumption. I will say plz don't waste your time being part of this company. You can find so many alternatives outside

Nothing, instead of their problem ,they will make employee as sheep. Thy dont knw know how to handle things and fire people without thinking about their families.
