Product Innovations - Social Document, Social Chat, Social Text, :) :) Social QA :) :) :) CEO Reads 1 article about ELON Musk coins the buzz word - then it gets appended to word "Social". Then this interesting cartoon character "product director [PMG]" implements that as like button, coins that as innovation - discusses that for 3 Hours in innovation meeting.

Nothing to like. It's more than a > Training institute and < less than a third-grade software start up Pity on freshers who work there on bond for 2 years. My bad time I have joined from big MNC to DH, fallen to sweet lies of the Director who lies so much on innovative products and innovation.

... is there will be Monologue of around 3 hrs. every week calling Innovation call. I have attended that once :) Salary - Promotions ~ Negligible Org never grown in size, or revenue. No one know the revenue of the Org. Worklife Balance - you can forget Have to work on weekend for various reasons on ad hoc basis Job Security Anyone can be fired any time. One man shows. No experienced lateral hire guy joined stays more than 1 year.

Company Culture - Toxic. Project Manager & Architect gang who cribs about CEO all day long, and **ck his **ck by night. Dozens of bonded labors, anxiously waiting for contract expiry. Weekend works Office Space - It's worse than my college canteen with Desks & chairs. Job Security - can be fired any minute. Came to know they hired and fired some dozens, before. Worst for experienced.

Specially my dear director, who is simply misusing the director position. He is fit for security guard job. The place where khairul is sitting that place is fit for him, So that he can clearly count how many people are coming and going for washroom, and for how much duration people are going for lunch.

Nothing CEO should connect or ask someone to connect and have one to one review with each and everyone if he really wants to grow in the industry.

Unfortunately director of PMG since past 8 years did not give a single delivery and our CEO never noticed that and never asked the same to him as he is always so convincing. They do not have a single updated running product in the market.
