The management and their tactics to rob you of your incentives. Once you create a sufficient pipeline, they begin harassing you. In the end, many people leave and this cycles keeps continuing.

As primary feedback on company culture, Director I am not sharing her name but she is very arrogant. She wants only chamchas with their nearby.

In this company, everything is disliked. they cut my hard earn money without any reason. HR policies are third class in this organization Dukkan me isse accha HR management hota hai.

This company deals with the different types of software related to designing, manufacturing, quality and many more and, I learnt so many new technologies in this company like how to deal with the new peoples and how to make relationships with the other firms, how to maintain the working environment.

Sometimes the employees faced problems like that the security of other companies do not allow to meet the concern person so it wastes the time and some time the behaviour of guard is very bad, so I am just suggesting to company give the details customer whom your employee is going to meet to avoid the above problems.
