...day before releasing the offer they downgraded my offer to a substantial amount. When I asked the reason for this downgrade in salary, they said that they have other candidates waiting in pipeline. This is really pathetic and illustrates how they must be treating the employees and there is no value of candidates. I did waste my time interviewing for this company. - When I asked HR to schedule 1:1 calls with the management before joining, she simply rejected my request. Hence, no transparency.
