HR department was supportive but they are also suffering because of their management behaviour and policies

Dislikes

The management’s behaviour is unpleasant, with rude actions unnecessary salary deductions for being 20 minutes late, marking a day as half day. They imposed strict timelines on employees, penalising delays by marking day off and deducting from salaries. Additionally they occasionally withhold salary of first 15 days of working, and refuse to releases pending amounts when employees leaves the company and denying to give experience and relieving certification if strict notice period was not served and any one who served they notice period then they made unnecessary deductions and release only 1 month of salary after serving 3 months of notice period and hence say we will serve within 2-3 months.

management, work culture, rude behaviour, no increment, no bonus, no health benefits, no appraisal, no incentives, no yearly bonus, no performance bonus, only one employee in every department

Sometimes under pressure communicate but i do understand that every IT / private industry has pressure of work and if anyone does not wanted to face new challenges and fear to take new work... i will advise to go home.

Our company is really open to innovation and readily latest technologies.I am part of a largest team and high quality product. Our company environment is really awesome,incredible and fantastic.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very sometimes, but i like it. I have to work 12-13 hours. I have to attend client calls in the morning and sometimes.
