The salary and pay scale is very low especially for freshers. They also have very long training periods, which can't be changed.

Visibility, learning, you can easily get access to tools and systems if you need them to do your job, ownership

pay doesnt depend on how much you work, no bonus, benefits are peanuts, promotions are not transparent, very low hikes compared to many other bangalore companies.

getting salary on time and leaves also, even company is adjusting when the employee is in any medical or other emergency

Dislikes

not getting promotion to the employee who work hard and think about the growth of the company and process

Nothing. Faltu company with Faltu management. Job security is good join only if you are above 40 or nearing 50ish. It is good for freshers too so you can get the experience letter and switch to better organization.

Everything. A company where the upper management eats up all the salary and benefits and others are treated as a peasant.

There is nothing good left now. The company was good earlier, now it is degrading in terms of work culture and employee benefits.

Dislikes

... reducing employee benefits in all terms. They don't accept for hybrid culture. They name themselves as insuretech but when Employees ask to pay as per the standards, They say they are only insurance company and not tech company.
