Nothing. Faltu company with Faltu management. Job security is good join only if you are above 40 or nearing 50ish. It is good for freshers too so you can get the experience letter and switch to better organization.

Everything. A company where the upper management eats up all the salary and benefits and others are treated as a peasant.

There is nothing good left now. The company was good earlier, now it is degrading in terms of work culture and employee benefits.

... reducing employee benefits in all terms. They don't accept for hybrid culture. They name themselves as insuretech but when Employees ask to pay as per the standards, They say they are only insurance company and not tech company.

If you are expert, you will get lot of work but along with good rewards and appreciation. But sometimes the same employee giving up even getting everything due to continuous work and pressure.
