Promoting was the very worse in this company since they only promote who are very closed to manger and Team leader . Most of the time they only promote filipino because most of the senior managers are from philippine and they are so closed to each other . They never look who is more capable Team leader and manger . Thats was the unfair and most of staff they don’t like in this company .

As per company, there are working 5 days a week, but they insist to work on Saturday and Sunday with Own Internet. And During Week Days they are expecting to work more than 15 to 16 hours per day. Less Man Power, no proper information no training. Just Run without information. Operation Work pass on to AR People. Every where mess. Software is not working. Poor IT Support

As a guest associate I have given this company a 2 years without any complain but to be honest I feel very disappointed by the time of this pandemic they didn’t help at all .

As if I served for the compnay almost 2 years but the time of this pandemic our management doesn’t address any issues for us what’s our right in contract we sing has changed with in a days what’s our right to get is decreased 4 mnts without salary plus deduction overtime without payment overall i can say is there’s nothing left.

Good environment but not having the correct timing for work and correct weekoff that's it and all is good in this job role

Growth is low sometimes late into the night exact timing hours is not providing mainly lunch hour and that's it all is well
