I have been working with Digio for past three and half years as a Business Head. Working at Digio has been a overall very good experieince. Few pointers based on my expereience : - Obsession with Customer's problem statement - Strong commitment to innovation and technology - Excellent oppurtunities for skill development and learning - Collaborative work environment where ideas are valued. In summary, Digio is an excellent place to work, especially those who have strong zeal to learn. Any individual who joins this company has choice to work according to JD or act as a sponge and absorb every oppurtunity that knock his or her door.

Dislikes

Every organisation will have some room for improvement, which should be dealt with at appropriate time. So no such dislike at this juncture.

If you escape any racism or discrimination then this a great place to work.

I always thought they treated everyone one fairly and equally but it was unfortunate that when i faced racism and bullying from one of the managers and raised my voice about it, i was put to further scrutiny and pip. That came as a big surprise to me.
