This is the best company if you wish to learn more and more every day. Compensation, benefits and appraisals are also good. Work culture is very good. You will get full support in terms of everything from your teammates.

Dislikes

The only drawback i see is 3 months notice period when they don't hire people with even 2 months notice period if it's non negotiable.

The fake things they show in their job descriptions.

Dislikes

Lacks integrity, liar HRs, one can be fired at any instant of time, and the worst of all - The management doesn't keep its word. EVEN IF YOU ARE IN AN URGENT NEED OF A JOB, IT'S BETTER TO STAY JOBLESS FOR A WHILE THAN JOIN A SHADY COMPANY LIKE THIS.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
