...worst that they don't know even how to give proper training to the new employee. Secondly working here was good enough as we were getting salary time to time every month they were not deducting any salary.

I would really suggest to not to go in digikredit as a customer care executive in andheri branch because there is a team leader and manager in that team her name is rashmi ambekar she is so worst in nature she doesn't know even how to speak in proper english, she has not given any proper training to me and she has done a lot of argument with me on the work basis. She doesn't know even how to give respect to others and how to speak with other she just know one thing which is shouting at others without seeing her fault. She will do such partiality with old employees even she used abusive language for the the team member in her team.

I am a resigned employee of sme corner, I resigned from my services because of not financial growth here this is a not a big issue because as last 2 years we surviving very bad. But now I am resign from my service the higher authority committed to me that you will be releive in 30 days from your resigned date but all higher authority not stayed on their commitment, my family serving a medical issue I have to releive in 30 days i told that i can submit all medical reports of my father I can't serving 90 days notice period but higer authority not supporting after all situation I already told them. The company culture so bad I feel unsecured in this organization to my future. Please change the policy at least a executive level employee notice period should be 30 days only.

Sales team create the pressure for login , unnessesary cases login, daily 10-12 cases login, nobody following policy from sales,froud cases login and disbursement. Now this covid situation company terminated employees. Teken resignations.

Bad work Invironment and culture teammates are not supportive and the management is not supportive. Company policies are nit good

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees Hr also not helpfull for new recruitment
