Salary comes on time. That's the only thing everyone likes here at DigiDarts.

Dislikes

Bad work life balance. You have to work 365 days, even if you are sick or on holidays. You need to attend daily meetings at 10am which is again useless, and stay in office till 8pm. I mean seriously 10 hours work with strict timings with only invaluable meetings. Account managers doesn't t know the ABCD of digital, they just talk in air and lost client in few months. Male female ratio is too bad(10:1) and no respect for girls here. Because the management wants to hire only boys who can sit for 10-12 hours. If you want to leave, they will torcher you every single day of your so called 2 months notice period. Many issues are there which can't be explained here. Simply I would not suggest you to join DigiDarts ever.

Good new office, colleagues and salary on time, usually in the first week of every month.

Dislikes

Gender ratio - 90% male employee, dominant work culture, boss culture, top management is one person who handles everything like policy, decisions and all. Work life balance is not good, you need to work overtime daily and also you need to work on weekends because you need to finish work and that work can't be finished in 9 working hours.

- No work life balance (you need to work 1-2 hours extra everyday) - Weekends are mostly work from home (you will be asked to work) - HR Policy is not good (no people culture) - No trainings (limited growth and learnings) - One saturday is working every month - Location is not good in terms of traffic - One WFH is allowed every month (with half salary) - Too many meetings and micro-management -

The best thing about digidarts is the managers and the colleagues. They are always there to guide you and help you.

Apart from salary everything is upto the mark, the working environment, colleagues and working space.

...ge white washing. I have seen the worst behaviors the company does on people. From over working them, to not paying them even basic salary, to also humiliating them every chance they get. Empathy, growth, innovation are their supposed core values but trust me, they are not concerned about any of this. All employees are pyaada’s for them. They will use you till they can and then throw you like you are dirt. if you want to feel bad about your self and your skills, this is the place for you. They have no understanding of culture. No understanding of privacy. No understanding of reward also they are so self centered they can never think about anything except making money. Founder can take 2 months holiday and travel to europe but everyone else is at fault for everything. Cofounder will first ask you again and again for your opinion and then when you give it to her, she will get angry at you. They will fool you take advantage of you by making you trainee for a year and exploit you… trust me you will be saved if you don’t join this company. Most people don’t even add digidarts as a company they worked for on their resume and LinkedIn bcause it is so embarrassing the kind of torture cell this place is. HUMILIATION PRO MAX. Also they cut half day salary if u enter office after 9.30 am. And they make you sit for 8hours 15 minutes every day like you are in a jail.
