Digidarts just doesn't excel in its industry but also makes a meaningful impact in the community.

Dislikes

Not much of a dislike but during heavy rains, travelling to Gurgaon gets difficult but that scenario is hardly 4-5 days in the entire year.

Good new office, colleagues and salary on time, usually in the first week of every month.

Gender ratio - 90% male employee, dominant work culture, boss culture, top management is one person who handles everything like policy, decisions and all. Work life balance is not good, you need to work overtime daily and also you need to work on weekends because you need to finish work and that work can't be finished in 9 working hours.

not very pros of this company. it's growth is going negative month on month. every 2 months a brand is lost. brand attainability is low. Even the employees are not retained. in the last 2.5 years 46 employees have resigned due to bad behaviour of CEO

I didn’t like anything about working here at Digidarts. Pls be no fool of these positive reviews. They force employees to write this. Bcause instad of improvin themselves all they care about is their image white washing. I have seen the worst behaviors the company does on people. From over working them, to not paying them even basic salary, to also humiliating them every chance they get. Empathy, growth, innovation are their supposed core values but trust me, they are not concerned about any of this. All employees are pyaada’s for them. They will use you till they can and then throw you like you are dirt. if you want to feel bad about your self and your skills, this is the place for you. They have no understanding of culture. No understanding of privacy. No understanding of reward also they are so self centered they can never think about anything except making money. Founder can take 2 months holiday and travel to europe but everyone else is at fault for everything. Cofounder will first ask you again and again for your opinion and then when you give it to her, she will get angry at you. They will fool you take advantage of you by making you trainee for a year and exploit you… trust me you will be saved if you don’t join this company. Most people don’t even add digidarts as a company they worked for on their resume and LinkedIn bcause it is so embarrassing the kind of torture cell this place is. HUMILIATION PRO MAX.
