... fullest. First they start with paid training (which is worst, nothing happens). Then they give you clients (if you're lucky) on single digit number salary. When you ask for hike, they shut you down by saying either "we have different plans for you" and that never comes. Basically the director wants to sit on pile of money earned both by clients and freshers.

...ence, then management will recognize you and do whatever to keep you in company. Salary hike is good for experience employee.

...for only company not for employee No infrastructure No outing related activity No salary hike for employee [1-3] yrs exp On notice period, your salary get reduced by half. They will not easily relive you, joining company is easy but leaving is very difficult.

One of the unbelavable company ..they will not at all see the employees carrier ..from 2 years nearly 30 employess are sitting on bench ...and suddenly they will change company policy ..worst expirence i never made in my life

As such no likes, initially you will find all good for 2-3 months then you suddenly realise that there is no work and even after getting garbage work which will add no value to your experience.

As a company act there is only dislikes, you can think of any worse condition and Digicomm will fulfil it.

false commitments, they take your all documents,bonds etc lot of issues for the freshers . no appraisals at all, no job security as compared to other service based companies, they themselves give rating good rating on sites so that they could trap more people. worst management
