HR is a liar, CEO treats employee as a labour, can say anything on group calls. Very bad politics, They can play with your salary like anything, salary does not come on time. Management sucks. No benefits, nothing. Company can make you feel unsafe on financial side as well as career wise.

There is nothing good about this place except the fact that they (management) are exceptionally fake nice to you on the face.

Dislikes

Working with digiboxx was a nightmare. The management was highly abusive. No room to make mistakes. They dont give you a proper KT. Also, the have the motto that if you’re getting paid by this employer they own you. So, they call you at ungodly hour and expect you to be available. Btw management is colourfully abusive.

There is a serious lack of talent in Android department and also they seriously need someone who has good experience in cloud storage systems. There's a lot of improvement that can be done. The CEO has some negative image online review but it wasn't true in my experience he was a good guy, little strict however. As per busniess outlook I don't think Digiboxx will do great unless it hires some really good people in backend APIs and Storage System design. This my review for Jan 2022. They also need automated testing, too much manual work for software testers

Got the opportunity to work on a lot of new technologies in my domain. 1-2 senior employees were really supportive.

Dislikes

Had to work 12-14 hours as an intern initially, sometimes with some seniors while in meetings till 1-2 am. Suffered several burnouts and hence decided to leave but was stopped by lucrative PPO, which they revoked 7 days before joining giving a non-sense reason. Due to already having a good PPO and that too of my interest domain, I didn't sit in campus placement hence I had no other backup opportunities and had to go through the worst time of my life with no job for 2-3 months that too when most companies weren't hiring anymore. Explains a lot of why all the senior employees used to leave this org constantly.
