Hi, Nothing to share as all cons are filled with their bad behavior and non payment of salary.

Please do not join his CEO name is Sumit Verma, complete fraudster who will make you believe about his company but he is using a strategy to save his funds, I was appointed as Sales+Operations. Initially It was all okay he and his staff were showing very friendly (which they not) his Finance Head - Mitali krishnan... She is the nonsense and liar lady sitting beside CEO and make you believe that her company is a good, but once you complete 1-2 weeks you will see her dominating face. Slowly you have to be pressurized by them to bring sales, I got to know, later on that they are trapping innocent candidates with their emotion drana concept cause you need money that's why you went to crack the interview and do you job to get paid, right? But no. They will pay you only if you bring sales or sometimes NO. all employees didn't get paid for 3 months or so on.... CEO, CTO, Finance head all mixed relationships together to use candidates... Excuses are we will give after elections, we will give after this day, we will give you after so and so.... But you will not get paid and this is not my story, there were 20-25 employees who left the job with even get paid.. Amd those who are doing because their family responsibilities this CEO using them for their benefit. I wrote because atleast can save himself /herself by reviewing this... Please save yourself from these FRAUDULENT by FRAUDSTERS.

...culture. Teammates are not very supportive and the management is transparent . Company give good salary .

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. There is a no bond you resign when you not interested. On the job training is not given to new joined properly.

They hire, after 2 to 3 months they force you to resign stating Process shutdown.. In this short tenure the organisation will get maximum number for you customer,tutors and students contact from ur referrals and fire you out.

This was my first job after Bachelors, but I enjoyed a lot working there. The management are very very friendly and flexible. Its good to start your career with this company.
