...rganization. In other small private firms of Faridabad, they exploit employees..they pay less and gave heavy work load but quite sure, Digi Drive will give you a better salary and growth according to your performance.

Digi drives offer the chance to learn and adapt to high-pressure situations, which can lead to valuable skill development.

1. when directors are present you are working under high pressure which makes it difficult to accomplish a task/work you end up doing nothing for the whole day. When Directors are not present you have the opportunity to catch up on pending work and new work more efficiently. 2. **Imp** No Work-Life Ballance /&&/ Nor Job Security any time you will fired. (Probably you do not know that you will do your lunch here or at Home) 3. Vu_lgar Work Environment, Vu_lgar words used by MDs & Directors while Reporting/Asking for work/ or you have any doubt. 4. No Senior reporting, you have to report to MDs & Directors and they use Vu_lgar Words

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. Teammates are good, In Digi Drive learn new things acc to automation, Working experience is good in Digi Drive. Working staff are good they always support you.

Compensation is decent, but career growth is slow, salary/appraisal is average, most of the time senior are doing politics, so I don't like politics in job.
