1. when directors are present you are working under high pressure which makes it difficult to accomplish a task/work you end up doing nothing for the whole day. When Directors are not present you have the opportunity to catch up on pending work and new work more efficiently. 2. **Imp** No Work-Life Ballance /&&/ Nor Job Security any time you will fired. (Probably you do not know that you will do your lunch here or at Home) 3. Vu_lgar Work Environment, Vu_lgar words used by MDs & Directors while Reporting/Asking for work/ or you have any doubt. 4. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
