I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Poor Work-Life Balance: Heavy Workloads with no flexibility. Upper Management Indifference: They do not care about their employees well being or concerns. Low Morale: Lack of appreciation leads to poor employee morale.

Nothing, the company is full of crap! Don't join if you are a fresher or an experienced person. Here they have a very poor mindset. They'll treat you like a slave they have no manners how to talk to a person. All the positive reviews are FAKE! The HR here begs for positive reviews from new employee. Please don't believe in the positive reviews you see online.

Just a Normal Lala Mindset, keeps on firing people who have guts to debate them about what's wrong. I request all the fresher and the new job lookers NOT TO JOIN this company. I am writing this because I've been tortured mentally and hurled abuses!
