Worst office timings. U have to work for 13-14hours without fail, if u work even for 12 hours they will cut salary, 14hours with the work time. Even after that no OT. They will treat u like dum, and ask u to even tight nut and bolt. U have to work all 7days, and they don't pay any extra money for that. I have lost of health, and sleep after joining. If u are reading this please don't join, I joined for the passion of design and robotics, and this people are so so cruel. They will treat u like anything.

Initial Training would we good, after one week no training will be provided.

Salary in 2022: For fresher 15000 stipend After one year (They say is it as training period but they will make you work for 13 to 16 hr daily, even though its a week off on Saturday you need to work without questioning) 20000+2000 if you are lucky

1. Hr and management needs to be improved 2. If you spend some money from your pocket they will take around 4 months (min) to return that amount. 3. Projects execution is worst.. 4. Working hours will be minimum 14 hours 5. Zero work life balance 6. They won't give appraisal/increment on time. 7. Un cultured project engineers

...ken amount of 40K just for am absent for 1 week at the time of notice period. after taken also he trouble me like ,i loss whole month salary and trouble to get exit. company done partiality eventhough after work with 100% honestly, sincerity also.

Partiality , no promotion and salary increment eventhough 100% performance has given and working culture : there is no time line , working with 15 hours ,some time 2 days continuously without getting anything.

This company provides an opportunity to work in different & unique type of projects. We can learn from the basics to end level of process. Enjoyed lot while working here.

Dislikes

No such major, but HR department is not strong enough or proper policies not present right now for employees to balance the work and rest. As if you are working continuously more than 24 hrs or more than that & again team manager will ask to come then we have to go, as HR team is not having control. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IS NOT PROPER.
