...al persons leading you that again cause confusion. Thirdly, no job security. Moreover, they are deducting security for 3 months(1 month salary) and you are not sure about getting it back in your FNF. Finally, in this situation of lockdown they are pressuring their employees to work on half salaries and demanding more efficient work. Overall they are not supporting their workers in this pandemic.

there is nothing to like about everything is worst and below average. work culture is so poor.

...pect for the new joinees they do not appreciate the work done by the employees no incentive for extra work and do not even provide salary on time the environment is so toxic and the work space is so poor. do not provide proper working esssentials we have to take our own by ourselves even buy laptop for ourselves to work there. no break time in between as well .

nothing is there which i can like about the team because salary nhii milti h bimar hone pe holiday nhii incentive to bhool jao bss nam hai environment itnaa bekar ki depression ho jaye employees ki no respect kuch bhi acja nhii hai pura week kam kro chutti lo to galiyan khao

We get to learn basic things about diet counselling and healthcare.

They expect you to work even when working hours are over and on holidays too. They never give salary on time. Dieticians have to sell their products too.

There is nothing as such in company to like about. It's worst company ,i dint even get my salary and security amount even after serving notice period. And it's been 4 months.

Well i dont know where to start from because there are many,this is the worst company.Dont even think off joining this company even if thi could be the last option. There is lot of politics in this company ,no management,they will hire you for dietitian but will pressure you to do sales.and even if you are good in sales you won't get any incentive. There is one senior called surbhi Sharma who gonna make you feel very degrade and always partial. Very negative work culture.even to get leaves you need to do sales.money minded company will literally make you work for 12hr but never appreciate your work .
