...u can learn a lot of things about die and how a product starts and how its ends. But the stress and workload that they pressure you will never be worth for the salary the offer , every single department has same pay out of 12.5k a month.

Everything...too much of workload, no increment, have to work OT every single day without OT pay .

Job security good, salary time to time but need to work as third party,they will run the production even in holiday also.

No proper channel,no one cares who you are and what you did,they will act on their feelings.

It's good place for beginners but salary very low they are getting more work from ours but not giving salary.. basic salary is around 4000 to 5000 only no overtime for staff category and very worst pay for overtime to employee's ot pay is half of your Salary you should work 2.5 hours over time compulsory.

Salary, increments, environment , food is very worst

Company with very good learning opportunity, you can get higher position very easily here but your salary remains the same.
