Worst work culture. No salary hike. Make you work like machines.

...ny ever..... They don't have good terms with their clients as well as employees. They don't provide decent salary hike. They make you work like machines. No extra bonus,perks, appreciation. They don't provide extra skill to their employees. I am working since last 3 years and still there is only 6k salary hike overall though out last 3 years.

They are good at Diplomacy, you can learn it here very well

-Work wise very less salary -Approx NIL appraisal -HR will tell you that they will give you appraisal after 6 months of joining but it is just a trick -10+ hrs of working -Strictly No provision for work from Home -Company will forget you after placing you to their client site, and client will not pay attention on you because you are not their employee -No Diwali, Holi Bonus, not even a small packet of chocolate. You will not even feel festivals here -HR will tell to please Manager's to be Happy but either way you are at loss -90 days notice period which is non negotiable -No Intial training, from the very first day you will be working -No scope of improvement as they will not let you learn -No extra skill enhancement training -Toxic Work Environment sometimes feel like working with dead people - In the name of software Engineer, they may want you to clean and mop floor -No set work, anytime any work can be assigned to you even you and you may be removed from any project anytime without any reason -No one will tell you anything even will talk to you barely, you will feel lonely from very frist month

Diensten ltd provides a better environment to work and for self- development. The salary will be credited exactly on the end of every month. The top management and HR professionals are easily contactable and does the needful immediate. Overall, the work culture is good and I liked my days in diensten ltd.

Its very bad payroll companies. I worked one year here there are lots of stress is there in salary field and in allowance they are not releasing the allowances and salary on time.
