I'm totally talking about freshers who join here., it ia very big MNC, They work with best technologies. Coming to Managed service or Support Site we have very less opportunities to move into technical side. Management was also not that good to give opportunities. Very low wages for technical support jobs. Don't have hikes.Night shifts all the time.Very strict Managers. Parshality promotions. Not favourable to employee friendly.. No Growth No Hike., Only for Time being we can work holding the same CTC for years.

Dislikes

Salary was Too low for technical support. Appraisals are too bad, No mobile access, No growth as knowledge wise, Management Politics, Night shifts all the time. if they overcome all this then it would be super fine company.

the company is good for serving the people. but not good for employees because they don't think about engineers health, salary and financial growth.

...y do the work or not do the work. increment is around 800 to 1000 INR per year. the basic salary is also too less. if we apply the medical claim that will not transfer to my account. there is no secure for life.

only one thing is good about this company is you can get the salary on time .but company can through you out anytime without any reason .

from last 4 years company not get any project and also the existing customer is terminate all the project .70% atm is decreased .but the upper management or high package salary holders are targeting the lower employee to save their job .and favoritism is the biggest problem in this company and because of that company is facing this issue . they are forced the employee to resign otherwise they are hold your all expenses .

Never join with diebold if you have any plans of career growth and salary hike. They don't give either of it and if clear the IJP also they dnt release you and block your career opportunities

This is company used to be good for employees but things may have changed over time. Location for western living people, Leaves.

... You can ask questions in interview regarding there clients for retails product. Join If you want to stay in same salary. I have regretted staying for this long.
