The company has given me a lot of opportunities. I am the first person who stepped in Pune office and I was responsible to set up the technical team. it was a great experience. I am thankful to the company for my first US visit. the good thing is that the company take cares of US stay (single occupancy accommadation, and preferably kitchen attached in the room) per dim allowance is also good during on site. Infrastructure is too good, ample car parking, sports facilities, a good restaurant inside the campus and lot more. And the best part in my case to have good work. I have beeing most of the time worked directly with US clients. very safe and culture environment for girls and women. Politics is everywhere but if you focus on your work it will not impact your growth.

Dislikes

Growth is average, both in terms of monitory as well as the designation promotion. at each destination, there are multiple levels.

A cmmi level 5 company with the best campus an IT company can have, very supportive people and ample opportunity to grow and learn along with having fun in different events well organized by the management.

Management should be more watchful for employees who waste their time.

Nothing, no work life balance, no proper management, all manager are friends and they do planning and plotting for employee, they always have one eye on employee personal life, what they are doing, to whom he talking, where he visited on weekend. and yeah main thing they stock you on facebook, instagram, and twitter. so be careful if you are joining there.

Dislikes

Just because of managers, they are working there more than 10-12+ year experience and they think they are CEO. Manager don't have technical knowledge for employee its very difficult to explain challenges. Manager dont leave the Diaspark because they know they will not get the job on other company.

Likes

I like the malignant attitude of the top management as they want to keep themselves secure only. CTO is busy with colors of the project excel sheet columns and no other technical input (CTO) and owner is keen to grow business without knowing all these facts.

Dislikes

Everything is unprofessional as if you are fail to deliver things properly then it is a hype matter for management and you are a hero. If everything is going smoothly with you then you are dealing with very easy things and you are a fool.
