Very low salary, not treated as quality executive, you have to work like chemist. Company gives more benefits to operator and other post person except quality Execute(chemist)

The only good thing about DBPL are the co-workers. They are helpful. The likes end right here.

The management is as bad as it can be. Salary hikes are negligible(Working here for almost 7 years). There's no appreciation of your work. Also work life balance is very bad. During summers one needs to work on almost every Sunday. There are no proper appraisal system or anything of that sort. If you have good rapport with the management/team leaders then only you can get some hikes. Basically people join here just for the experience and knowledge and leave as soon as they get a better opportunity. But if you are good at oiling then you can earn by practically doing nothing. Don't expect any training , certifications or learning opportunities to be provided by the company. Also the notice period is 3 months. Overtime pay is less than the regular salary. Also don't expect any promotion unless you are very very lucky. People have worked here in the same post for 15-20 years.

Not much pressure. If you can be smart, you don't need to work much! JUst get your documents right and audit ready and you're god to go.

... entire QA team is just for show. Nothing is done as per the standard protocols. Salary structure is also extremely poor. No proper structure of increment.

Every aspect in Diamond Beverages is negative. They initially hire you under salary but gradually you come to know that there will be some part which is commission in your fixed salary based out of the performance. They can any time hold your salary in any issue. Taking leave is like crime in this Organisation. For this also salary can be hold. No seniors are helpfull here. All seniors wants to blame to others or down the line. Every time there is job threat. They cheat with the market. This Organisation only know how to give pressure to the employees by saying wrong words, job threat and also with the biaseness.

This company is good for freshers, those will get to learn a lot about beverage industry, and basics. Some seniors are helpful and friendly.

...m managers, even if a mistake is not done by you, still you get yelled for that. Day-by-day increases work pressure and minimum amount of salary. Over-time is half of your daily wages. False and unfulfilled promises made by HRs'.
