Working in dial a bank was my biggest mistake. Owner did not pay me first 3 month because I didn't achieve my target.

...ffer letter about office hours 8 hour daily. I had to work daily 11 to 12 hour. If you don't they will misbehav paying salary on time. Owner is an arrogant person

If you want to learn then this is the place. This is a place for performers. If you read any negative reviews.. its from losers who cannot perform. Like any high performance environment.. So low level of company. Manager is so arrogant and insensitive. They take unnecessary fines from employees for small things like monitor light, coffee cup on table. So low level company. Dont ever think to go there. Almost half of the employees leave this company within a week

9-7 shift timing 40 min lunch break too much work give unnecessary pressure treat employees like servant always spreading toxic positivity seniors always play blame game no learning, they don't teach you anything they say there is no target, but there is. Don't fall in trap of joining Dialabank, Paisso Technology, LoanNow, & WowHead, stay away from them, literally.
