In DIAGEO, the salary is good as compared to any other alco Breverage company. But the work life and personal life balance is very poor. There is more than 16 hours of work in a day. And in month ends it becomes 22/23 hours too in some days.

No job sequrity i didn't get my last month salary and 6months of traveling allowance I was thinking this company has a great opportunity and Coulter but I was wrong. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
