Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

In DIAGEO, the salary is good as compared to any other alco Breverage company. But the work life and personal life balance is very poor. There is more than 16 hours of work in a day. And in month ends it becomes 22/23 hours too in some days.

Your job is not stable. In the last few years, there were too many reorganization done in DBSI. The top leaders who were working 2-3 years ago have been asked to move out. Do not join if you are looking for a long term career option

No job sequrity i didn't get my last month salary and 6months of traveling allowance I was thinking this company has a great opportunity and Coulter but I was wrong. Without any training they put me on field i don't get any type of facilities. Always salary late or short salary at that time I was not able to survive. It's about United spirits and Diageo both
