...e.The atmosphere is poisonous. Gutter brains, gutter work culture, gutter ideas. The CEO is corrupt gets the highest salary but donot pay her employees properly as per industry standards. She doesn’t even take any proper advices from the industry subject matter experts. The most objectionable rule in DIABOS is the year you get a promotion you donot get an increament in that year at all. Might as well after promotion you will never get an increament at first place. Clients have started withdrawing their support & hence the company in the J M Baxi Group is in great losses. Might as well the top management is thinking to change this lady CEO but sure shot no takers at all from the industry for such a loss making firm. Too much micromanagement in employee’s life from the lady CEO. DONOT JOIN THIS COMPANY FOR MAKING A GOOD FUTURE AS THIS IS AN OPEN PRISON IN THE CORPORATE WORLD. Join companies like Inchcape or DA Desk to make a good future in the DA business.

One of the worst company to work for.. zero work balance they make employees work for more than 12 hrs, my friend is working in diabos for 4year and he is still in same position though of countless hardship he presents
