Managers have zero managerial skills and would make you work like a slave and use inappropriate language when work is due or delayed. They have zero idea about work life balance and ask employees to work till midnight at times and also ask them to be on time the next day to finish the work load. Would completely refrain from applying to this company.

Employee refreshments are good. Tes, coffee, lunh, snacks.

Dislikes

No career growth, very old technologies, front line senior employees will never allow others to survive, unskilled. No proper process is followed. Very pathetic about all employees.

Working in a place with so much flexibility for employees is the greatest advantage of Dhyan. You will enjoy with the people who are working here.
