HR does false promises at the time of joining, manager says that they cannot increment your salary more than previous employee even you are doing better .everybody knows your salary and they mention not to tell anybody in the contract politics is common.when you do something better from your senior.

Very supportive and learning oriented non-toxic work culture. Only issue is salary not upto the market expectations. Best companies for freshers to get that early career experience.

The salary range for each junior level roles. For higher management it's good.

Really good work culture. Team members and management are so supportive and really good platform to get various exposures and the our contibution is impacting social sector which I really do like.

I have worked in the largest custom team, and it's around 1 year, But it feels like it has been years of working here. The VP of Engineering is a nice person. Always felt like home here. The founders are really working hard and are very ethical. I feel Dhwani RIS will be at the top in the next few years.

Salaries are based on the number of years you spend, instead, it should be on how much value you can add. If you having 2-3 years of experience can add value equally as a 5 years of working experience, you should be given that salary, (it should be based on skills rather than no. of years you spent in the industry. )

It is a very good company and work culture is very cool Both Director carries zero percent ego. My experience was very good in this company

Job security , and work life balance sometimes difficult to manage
