I Have worked in Dhruva Creation Pvt Ltd. For Approximately 1 year and I must say it is definitely one of the best places to work. In this company you must learn things to have one step ahead to build your career and ample of opportunities to grow and try out different things. For new joiners it is a good company to start their career. The owners of the company are very familiar , The team member are good and the work environment is very nice.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
