All team mates are very friendly except some of the senior. They will give training for freshers that i am appreciate. Growthwise you can learn as per your own intrest, but career wise there is no growth for juniors whoever is working here. Mostly before 5th of the month they will tranfer salary.

Dislikes

Most of the employees are came from other states only, so when we request compensation to get continues leave to visit their native during festival time they will not consider that. But when they propose compensation for local festival we should accept that. Work pressure is high, and they will not give proper hardware and software support to work. They will not give medical leave, and marriage also they will not give paid leave. Mostly I was worked more than 8 hrs, but when they revise salary they will not consider that. Here there is no innovation at all, mostly they will copy paste from previous project. As I said employees must work more than 8 hrs to complete the timeline, so there is no work-life balance. They will hire proper people which are having field related, so senior folks have to train them step-by-step, which is very painful. And that's also they will not consider while revising salary.
