Overall work culture is toxic, all the positive reviews are done on the behest of HR, Management is oblivious to employee health and expects a regular working of 15-16 hrs. No job security, no scope of learning and skill development. All the promises are just lollipops.

...nd the tasks allotted over here. Tired of the personal level politics over here. Continuing here only because of the satisfactory salary I am getting over here. I see no other reason as such.

I had certain issues with my salary account, so I contacted HR and ask them for necessary procedures. But, man, they were so slow and what should I say. I was just too irritated and frustrated with their support. And the worst part is that there is nowhere and no one that you could go to. So, yes, you must bear this all.
